A local deterministic gate checks six evidence groups and requires every fact to carry an observed, measured, participant-supplied, or unknown provenance label. It reports all issues and never calculates acoustic performance, quantities, cuts, or placement.

Observed result

All six automated tests passed. The real incomplete packet returned BLOCKED with 27 explicit issues. A fictional complete packet reached READY FOR HUMAN REVIEW with zero issues while fabrication authority remained false.
