AlexOS is a governed sequence. Possibility remains distinct from evidence, and evidence remains distinct from authority.
The sequence
The AlexOS sequence.
Each stage has a different responsibility. Keeping those responsibilities separate is part of the safety model.
01 · Question
Begin with the situation that needs understanding—not with a preferred answer or tool.
02 · Workshop
Generate possibilities, expose assumptions, and keep meaningful disagreement visible.
03 · Trial
Place the work under stated conditions and record observations, decisions, and limitations.
04 · Recognition
Acknowledge what repeatedly demonstrates value without converting one result into permanent truth.
05 · Repository
Preserve the result, its lineage, and the conditions under which it should be reconsidered.
Governance
Capability does not confer authority.
Human judgment remains responsible for goals, interpretation, promotion, and consequence. AlexOS can help produce and pressure-test possibilities; it cannot silently grant them institutional status.
Every important record should preserve provenance, conditions, disagreement, revision history, and reversal conditions.
