Alpha Founding Trial.
A founder-supervised, fixed-duration engagement for testing one governed local-AI workflow under explicit boundaries.
Current state: design-partner conversations are open. The alpha itself is not generally available, for sale, or authorized for production use.
The offer
Make one consequential boundary inspectable.
This is deliberately smaller than a subscription. A fixed Trial creates a beginning, an end, and a record of what reality changed.
One bounded workflow
The Trial begins with a named workflow, supported environment, and explicit completion condition.
Visible authority
Read, write, network, tool, and human-approval boundaries are stated before the workflow runs.
Inspectable evidence
The Trial preserves a versioned configuration, run receipt, failure record, and known limitations.
Human promotion
A useful model result does not become permission to act. Consequential steps remain subject to explicit human review.
Current boundary
Early means narrower—not less honest.
- No unattended production operation or general-purpose autonomous control.
- No regulated, privileged, child, biometric, health, financial, or other high-risk personal data.
- No autonomous external messages, purchases, publication, deployment, deletion, or account changes.
- No claim that AlexOS is compliant, certified, an AI auditor, production-secure, or eligible for official designation.
- No claim that local execution alone guarantees privacy or safety.
These exclusions are part of the product definition. They are not fine print.
Support for the direction
Inspect the work before discussing access.
These records support the architectural direction and current local claims. They do not prove legal compliance, certification, independent validation, or production readiness.
Governed local application
A public case separates model proposals, software enforcement, correction history, and human decisions.

Local-first routing
A public case preserves routing boundaries and leaves unresolved evidence visibly open.
Inspect the record →
Failure as a requirement
A public methodology note treats failed states as evidence rather than material to hide.
Inspect the record →
Public evaluation index
A public index exposes current test records and verification status without converting them into certification.

Begin with fit
Bring the authority problem before the model.
If you are designing local AI, evaluations, governed workflows, or high-trust human review, describe the workflow and the evidence you wish you had.
