Current boundary
Effective August 20, 2026. This is an operational boundary record, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel before the product handles user data.
Technical delivery
Ordinary hosting and network infrastructure may process request information such as IP address, user agent, requested path, and timestamps to deliver and secure the site. No first-party behavioral analytics has been activated for this surface.
Cross-domain contact
Contact links intentionally lead to Baron Creative. Information sent through email or another Baron Creative channel is governed by the institutional privacy policy and any separate agreement for that relationship.
Activation threshold
Before AlexOS accepts user material, creates accounts, connects models, stores memory, or measures behavior, its privacy terms, retention rules, consent model, security responsibilities, and deletion pathways must be reviewed and published.
