The public artifact may compress the evidence. It may not enlarge the result.

Context

Product storytelling often rewards a clean arc: problem, breakthrough, success. AlexOS has a rougher and more useful record—passing work beside invalid tests, corrected evaluators, deliberately inactive capabilities, and conclusions that remain unearned.

Current state

The public method keeps five things attached: the original event, its evidence state, what changed, the present limitation, and the next test. Internal records stay private; sanitized derivatives may improve legibility but cannot improve the underlying outcome.
