## Decision

Do not assemble the Router Trace Explorer from the current records.

The direct bridge contract produced useful frozen evidence, but the actual CLI smoke did not establish that the named bridge participated. The nested disposable hook produced zero audit delta, after which the cloud-impossible local process hung until termination. A separate validator/component ablation was not completed. Output shape and direct-unit success cannot substitute for observed end-to-end participation.

The automatic bridge remains inactive.

## Evidence accepted

- Direct command-hook suite: 7/7.
- Unit/direct contract suite: 25/25 twice after preserving the original 24/25 timeout-boundary failure.
- Deterministic, extraction, ambiguity, sensitive, malformed, hard, and inactive direct cases retained.
- Direct audit deltas distinguish zero-call and invoked-router cases.
- Sensitive and malformed direct cases blocked before router execution.
- Direct ambiguity case withheld the answer.
- Original timeout-boundary correction, rejected nonexistent-model tripwire, and failed hook-discovery smoke remain preserved.
- Global configuration, ordinary default route, and live router boundaries remained unchanged.

## Evidence rejected for explorer promotion

- Direct hook stdin/stdout success as proof of actual CLI hook discovery.
- A matching output shape as proof that a named component ran.
- Zero bridge audit delta as proof of zero local inference after the hook-discovery failure.
- The nonexistent-model tripwire, because the application attempted a model pull before the hook.
- A hard-case `continue` result as proof of a complete approval-gated cloud recommendation trace.
- A synthetic or editorially reconstructed ablation in place of an executed frozen comparison.

## Missing closure evidence

1. A preregistered, cloud-impossible, no-download hook-discovery test at the actual disposable project root.
2. Direct evidence that the named bridge is discovered and invoked by the real interface.
3. One unified sanitized trace schema populated by the participating components rather than reconstructed from prose.
4. A frozen ablation that disables exactly one named bridge, validator, or routing component and produces an explainable trace/result change.
5. A complete recommendation-only cloud-candidate trace with approval false and execution absent.
6. Preservation of raw internal outputs, failed runs, audit deltas, configuration identity, and component hashes for the closure run.
7. Two clean reproductions with byte-identical sanitized trace output.
8. Privacy and security review of the final trace set.

## Minimum closure protocol

The next test must remain disposable and inactive by default. Freeze its fixtures, expected routes, component identities, output dispositions, and ablation before execution. It must use an already installed local runtime, forbid downloads and cloud access, and avoid raw payloads in public traces.

Promotion requires all of the following:

- the hook-discovery gate passes at the actual test root;
- component participation is directly recorded;
- all nine required scenarios have conforming traces;
- the ablation changes the trace/result exactly as preregistered;
- ambiguity and failure cannot fall through silently;
- public traces contain no prompts, bodies, answers, commands, filenames, identifiers, secrets, private configuration, or local paths;
- repeated sanitized outputs are byte-identical; and
- the automatic bridge remains labeled inactive unless separately approved and proven.

Until then, the website may describe the router case and this preserved limitation, but it should not expose or imply a finished Router Trace Explorer.
